The next step is to take a 5/32" drill bit and drill through both pieces. The top of the amprack trim is also filled with 1/8" ABS; however, a straight piece won't follow the contour of the panel so it must be bent. One final test-fit and we're ready to finish the piece. This particular piece is very close and will only require a small amount of body filler and primer to ready it for paint.
