Step 8
Fold the new half over, trace out the other half and cut. Do not cut out the sunroof opening at this time.
Step 9
After spraying glue on your headliner and on fastening areas of the vehicle, install headliner with bow in proper position.
Step 10
Fold the old headliner half way lengthwise and trace it, giving it 2" extra around all edges. Then cut that half out.
Step 11
Sew the channel for the bow. Then sew the left and right sail panel to the rear of the headliner.
Step 12
Stretch the headliner to front and rear center and fasten. Then stretch headliner at four corners and fasten. Keep headliner bow in proper position. After, install sunroof panel sun visors and all other parts to the headliner. There you have it-a custom suede headliner.
