 Drill a 0.75" hole in the...  Drill a 0.75" hole in the back of the compartment to allow the wiring to pass from the monitor to the navigation system. |  Use Auto-Prep or rubbing alcohol...  Use Auto-Prep or rubbing alcohol to thoroughly clean the inside of the pocket. Be sure to remove any traces of oil, dirt or interior dressing to ensure proper adhesion. |  Plug the cable into the monitor...  Plug the cable into the monitor and push the monitor cable through the hole in the back of the compartment. Place the monitor back in the console and be sure that the console lid still closes properly with the monitor in place. |
 After placing the monitor...  After placing the monitor in the desired position, mark the edges with masking tape. This gives you a temporary position line to make re-installing the monitor easier after glue is applied. The tape also keeps the glue from getting on the sides of the console. |  To hold the monitor in place...  To hold the monitor in place we'll use Goop. The silicon-based product is very strong yet completely removable if necessary. This stuff comes in handy for all sorts of different projects and it can be found almost anywhere. |  Apply a medium-sized bead...  Apply a medium-sized bead of Goop to the inside of the console compartment, just below the tape line. |
 Also, apply two small drops...  Also, apply two small drops on the bottom side to keep the monitor securely fastened. |  Carefully place the monitor...  Carefully place the monitor in position, pushing it in just far enough so the edges of the monitor are even with the edges of the tape. |  Remove the tape and you should...  Remove the tape and you should have a nice clean line where the monitor meets the console. |
 Double-check that the monitor...  Double-check that the monitor is straight and in the desired position. Let the glue set for 24 hours. |  Now the center console compartment...  Now the center console compartment can be re-installed in the Accord. Check that everything works before the console is screwed back in place. |  The finished product looks...  The finished product looks clean, the screen is easy to see and with the console compartment lid down it looks completely stock (and stealth). Best of all, when the lease is up the monitor can easily be removed and the vehicle, put back in stock condition. |
