The latest in Kenwood's Performance Series speakers have improved midbass response thanks to fiber texture polypropylene cones. A 6x9 5-way speaker, the KFC-6982ie utilizes the third-generation Image Enhancer tweeter technology, which delivers greater midrange clarity and presence. The mid-end CD receiver, the KDC-MP208, features a front panel aux input with sensitivity control and a wireless remote. The unit supports WMA and MP3 files and has 50 watts x 4 channels of amplified power.
Now on to the giveaway. Besides having all the functionality of the KDC-MP208, the KDC-MP238 head unit (valued at $120) features a switchable lowpass filter for a sub amplifier.
