The portable navigation market is barely in full-swing and already the price wars have begun to make products truly attractive to consumers. A year ago you had to try to work a nav purchase into your budget; and now, they're not much more expensive than an iPod. Frankly, as great as the music player is you'd rather have a nav, trust us on that. To give you an idea about pricing though, Harman recently announced that their new Guide + Play, which was to be sold at $499, would now be $100 less.
