Memphis, TN hosted the IASCA Finals in October 2003. In addition to the SQ, IdBL and Tuner Jam sections, IASCA's Paul Papadeas instituted the ISQC competition wherein 20 cars were judged exclusively for SQ by four sets of international judges.
