Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Rating: 111
Unlike the first Final Fantasy flick, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children actually continues the storyline of the game, with everyone's favorite characters (and some random ones that come nonstop out of the woodwork) engaging in the action. Released on DVD and UMD for the PlayStation Portable, the full-length movie's plot and character development may be puzzling, but who cares when you have such stylish action scenes? Even if you aren't a Final Fantasy fan, you can't help but be entertained by the elaborate CG. Cramming English over the Japanese mouth movements is always awkward, but this dubbed version isn't half bad, featuring the voices of Steve Burton, Rachael Leigh Cook and Mena Suvari.-Brook Howell

It's strange that the PS2 WRC sold in Europe isn't available in the States while the PSP version is. Perhaps the lack of popularity of WRC racing here has something to do with that. If racing game enthusiasts pass on this for that reason, then they're really missing out. Not only is the type of racing here the height of racing excitement (granted, a personal opinion), the simulation is very realistic. If you've ever watched the rallies on SPEED, then you know that the programmers did a fine job recreating the environment and providing the right feel for sliding on dirt at high speeds. The only caveat here is trying to drive with the "joystick" on the PSP. It can drive you a little mad. If we could just figure out how to connect our Driving Force steering wheel to the PSP we would be set.-Ben Oh
