Conclusion
Although I am a huge fan of complete audio systems, I was impressed enough with the sound and installation of this product to consider the Blaupunkt amp as my suitable substitute for a fully built system-primarily because all I've every wanted for the X5 was a musical commuter vehicle. This plug-and-play system is a terrific solution, engineered for the weekend DIYer. This amp can take a beating like a champ; even while at full volume for over an hour, it didn't heat up as many amps might and there was no loss in volume or performance.
