The rear doors were removed and placed on custom sawhorses. Then, they were taped off and covered with mold wax prior to fiberglassing. Once the fiberglass shells were finished off, wood rings were added and mold fabric was stretched over it all. Resin and a layer of chopped fiberglass give it strength. View Related Article
