Currently more than 1,000 AM and FM stations broadcast using digital HD Radio technology, with 400 of them multicasting at least one additional HD Radio channel (HD2). Showgoers got to experience the expanded content, static-free broadcasts and text data that HD Radio provides, all without a subscription fee.
