What is Trifecta?
Car Audio and Electronics magazine has taken the already well-established car show events and added another challenge to truly complete all elements that make up the Ultimate Show Car. There can't be a great car without a bumpin' audio and video system. It's the measuring stick for both entry level "tuners" and the most experienced car audio enthusiasts, and Car Audio and Electronics continues a history of leadership by establishing what will become the most sought after awards and rankings in the industry.
This is where TRIFECTA stands out from the rest. In addition to the typical aesthetic judging, there will be additional points for vehicle SQ (Sound Quality) and Peak SPL (Sound Pressure Level). Be sure to check the score sheet for a complete list of judging criteria.
TRIFECTA is a three-city showdown pitting top sponsored vehicle builders, street show enthusiasts or high-level do-it-yourselfers. Celebrities and some of the most influential industry leaders will be judging on all three criteria: Overall Aesthetics, Sound Quality and Peak SPL.
What is the vehicle criteria to participate?
You can bring any type of vehicle, but you will want to be sure to have most of the elements listed on the score sheet for greater results.
Do you have what it takes to compete?
Car Audio and Electronics is looking for the top cars in each city to come out and compete for the title. If you think you've got the goods to compete, and are ready to step up to a real competition, take a moment to send a description and pics to featurecar@primedia.com.
