With the economy going the way it is and gas prices at a record high, we all can understand the need to tighten the belt a little. I just think you have to be wise about it. Don't try to save some coin at the cost of quality. For instance, you can keep your cost down by buying a Versa, let's say, which will save you gas, but you don't have to buy no-name audio products that you'll have to replace in a year. This month, we're featuring a few vehicles that will spare your wallet, but serve just as well as more expensive rides as a canvas for your audio aftermarket imagination. The Smart car, in particular, is a great example-although the fact that the two-seater doesn't get better fuel economy seems to undermine its name.
Also, this month we continue our anniversary celebration with a reprint of an article from the first year of publication. That, along with the product reviews, should give you plenty to think about and consider for now.
